“Chef Stephen’s cooking classes were a crack up. It is great to be reminded of the  French vocab that relates to food and cooking and to learn a few more recipes, but really fun listening to his stories about living and working in Paris, his jokes, and his singing. It is also nice to be around other locals that are interested in speaking French and learning more about French culture in this way”.  – Erin F.

"Chef Stephen lived and worked as a chef in France for a number of years.  Lessons will be entertaining, comprehensive and (if the classes I went to are an example) pretty healthy". - Jennifer M.
