Cooking Classes: French Desserts
Le français en cuisinant !
Le chef: Stephen Wilson, the singing chef, is back with his famous Hands 0n Cooking classes.
Stephen speaks in French and in English with a song or two thrown in for good measure. The dessert is shared and enjoyed together, and it’s all great fun.
Menu: The October focus is on desserts.
One dessert from this list (TBA) will feature at each session: Tarte tatin au caramel beurre salé, Moelleux au chocolat cœur coulant sauce caramel beurre salé, Tarte au citron, Crème brûlée à la vanille, Gâteau au chocolat, Tarte aux pommes granny et pistaches, Religieuse au citron, French Dark Chocolate Mousse

When: Morning: 8.30am -11.00am Friday 30th October and Friday 6th November
Where: Wesley Church, 100 13th Ave, Tauranga
Cost: $30 per session per person
