It's official - over 4000 readers can't be wrong. The sexiest accent in the world is... French
Yahoo polled its travel readers last week and 4,243 people responded. The language of love that came in highest, at 24 per cent, was French. The lilt of the Irish was voted second most sexy at 20 per cent, followed by our good old Kiwi accent - although only 11 per cent thought so.
The biggest turn off was Australian accents at 1 per cent, and Chinese also scored a lowly 1 percent.
