Park & Suites and Appart’city
Great places to stay in France
Paul travelled through France by car and was impressed by the very reasonable pricing and convenience offered by http://www.appartcity.com/fr/.
They offer two types of accommodation:
- Park & Suite for those travelling by car
- Appart'City for those not requiring parking
Paul says: When I was booking I just did a search for the town we wanted, a place to park the car, cooking facilities, and list by ascending price. Most motels in France do not have a microwave and many do not have a jug or a fridge so when we did find these things they were usually Park and Suites. I don’t know why they are called Hotels because they are more like motels. They don’t have a bar or a restaurant. They are always just big modern multistory blocks of rooms. Nice beds, nice ensuites, TV etc. They are big rooms and always clean and tidy and ideal to save money by getting frozen meals from the supermarket. They supply lots of plates and cups and cutlery etc.
We never paid more than $100NZ as the prices range from 45€-65€ per night.
